If you are a new user you can register via the app.
If you want to access all CDI services, request activation at our offices.Bookings: in the online booking section you can select available seat, doctor and type of visit, you can view active bookings and cancel.
A few days after the visit you will receive notifications with the appointment reminder and the documentation to be presented.Reports: you can download the published reports within 45 days and send them to the attending physician.Request the publication of older reports.Invoices: download your invoices directly on the phoneInformation: inside the app you can read CDI news, service announcements and information on the locations.
